I am new to this field, how do you buy stocks which come as introduction? also how do you buy when there is a private placement?

then
you must watch market trend,

do not put your money on one share

you buy each share little bit

Introductions - The newly listed company lodge their shares in CDS which were issued to their initial shareholders. You can buy when they sell , this is similar to normal trading. Introduction is an alternate low cost way to get listed in cse than IPOs.

Private placements - These shares are distributed among relatives, friends, high net worth people at initial stages of a company to gather capital. If you are known to owners of Pvt or PLC non listed companies who need money for their businesses they may contact / select you.
Remember, sometimes they may never list the company in CSE.

But be carefully!
Some time family run business place Introduction saying that they have already placed private placement years back...but hidden meaning is they are lagging behind capital and they keep selling their shares for highly overvalued price...presently it is happening... you can realized if you monitor closely...
My advice is to do more and more study before buying any stock

If I explain more say you have 1 million and you want to invest it in 10 companies.

Invest only 100,000 in those 10 companies, 10000 each.

Then monitor the stocks. Most probably you will see most of them going down.

(If they goes up fine. after reasonable return take out profit. Observe the reversal point).

when prices going down try to observe reversal points. In reversal points put another percentage of your money (say 10%, 20% depending on your confidence).

try this method in current market condition.
