Can you share the graph you are talking about pls?

In HEXP you had inside information. So your prediction success had nothing to do with the PV charts "billa or Angel" you mentioned from time to time.

@stockback,no need to worry about GRAN value , I just share the technical view . GRAN is fundamentally so sound compare to its technicals. I state my opinion based on our graphs. It should touch 88.37 levels . I believe these charts most of the time it worked.
@ chamil,
PV system is in house developed system on behalf of our multinational company that's the reason you will not find any links on the web.

Cash = Stocks.

some time using this method. then HEXP management has to sold 20 Millions stocks into Market if they want. or keep that stocks.

i think they will use this method. DP is clever Man. using this method both companies will; get benefit.

then HEXP will suck the money from The Market.
Alumex Net Assets will be increase 1.3 Rs

number of stocks 300 Millions to 320 Millions. that is not big change. that is worth for ALUMEX.

HEXP has to sale stocks into the Market or hold it. if they selling to market then it take some amount of time.

will see.....

They got approval to sell. But ALUMEX shareholders have not given approval to buy at that unbelievably high unrealistic price.

If a minority shareholder or 2nd holder like Akbar bros go to courts what will happen ?

How can they justify buying 6 acres of land paying 420 million to build a factory when they can buy a land paying 12-15 million. ?

CHINWI if some one sale 1 Acre for 3 M. I will buy and keep after few year easily sale it 70-80 Millions.

HEXP will receive cash as agreed . How ever If they receive ALUM shares for that value that's not a bad decision.
Now ALUM production capacity is going to increase then definitely ALUM EPS will be doubled . In that scenario ALUM can trade above 32 rupees then HEXP surely worth above 180/-.
How ever this disposal is a big positive move for HEXP.
So this any of 2 scenario can upgrade to HEXP above 130 + very very soon.
HEXP is still the best choice for me.

HIks. Kavuda halo Residential area lands ganne Factory Hadanna

You go 1 hr radius from Jaela Northwards , can buy lands.
Sri Lanka is a small country. In other countries they go hundreds of miles away from Town areas to build factories.

If that 420 million invested to buy lands to build Apartments and recreation facilities then it can be justified. They can get good value addition.

They must use that land to build houses and build the factory 50 miles away. It is a crime to build a factory in this residential area in two ways. 1. Reduce lands with Ease of access for the people and 2. Pollution and traffic building.

If the factory is already built then pay rental as done before instead of buying the land.

I am talking Alumex shareholder prospective.
