Still many countries want to keep their interest rate low. Best part is they want to cut more. Even if interest rates goes up in 2017 or beyond it will not go straight up. It will be slow process. Some countries so weak they cannot think about increasing their interest rates. South Asia has one of the fastest growth rates in the world. They can import oil and other commodities at vey low prices now. Even in higher interest rate environment there will be growth areas. There will be cash cow companies in the future. Some companies will reduce their debt level during good time when they generate supper profit. So they will prepare for higher interest rates environment in the future and they will create more shareholder value in the long run.
