There is no valid reason for JKH share to go down, when we
analysed the Co' profitability, performance and future growth.
However, there will be sellers for petty gains and big players who wants to push the share down to increase there quantity later. If you have can hold on you will be a definite winner. Do not forget the JKH November Dividend is yet to be declared.

Agree harry Rs. 1 is not big, however if it comes after the warrants you will get the Rs. 1 dividend for your warrants shares as well. lets wait and see. We should hear from JKH by end November or early December.

Yes the warrant cost was around Rs. 175 and Rs. 181. Therefore people will have to sell the share for more than Rs. 185 in order to make a reasonable gain. Therefore now we should not panic to sell around Rs. 186 levels, assuming that the JKH share price will fall once the Shares bought from W22 are in the market.

Yes agree with you.. there could be people who wants to make a petty gain and sell around Rs. 180... good time to collect if it is the case. It was published that more than 35% of the water Front Apartments are already sold and reserved. Good times are ahead for JKH.
