My target is around 6300. That means 6200 to 6400. By the end of this month it should go back to 6500.We have to target some individual stocks like 2015.

I believe the bad news is yet to come. Local Govertment election is going to further unsettle the economy when current government try to please the public to show strength at the expense of the local economy.  My expected turnaround is around 5900.

Intelligent investors will apply their own intelligent strategy globally and in Sri-Lanka in 2016. They will go against other crowds. They are looking for great businesses at a great bargain. Intelligent investors will become more intelligent after seeing activities of short term traders in global markets.

SEESAW PATTERN.

Then slow down of seesaw pattern.

1.Accumulation
2 up and down
3.UP...UP....UP
4. Next down! When?

After down again next cycle.

Intelligent investors and other sophisticated market participants will make use of these cycles to their benefit. They are masters of Art and Science.

Plantations, poultry and banking sector will crash further. Brokering companies are closing.. Margin calls... S&P SL 20 might be required to be scrapped.

Which banks will come down further and which banks will stay as rocks? I have kept following banks under my radar now. COMB, PMB, PLC,MBSL, HNB, SAMP, DFCC and NDB.

There are two types of fear in the market

1.      Fear of missing out when stocks go up (some are buying aggressively globally)
2.      Fear of making losses when stocks go down( Even taxi drivers are forecasting index will crash globally)
