yeah there turnover has come down drastically but look at whose heading this company. What i have heard is they will be getting the most of the govt projects from this yr onwards. Main portion of the kandy expressway will be awarded to them. This company has strong UNP connections. 
This company will get preferential treatment during tender process like how access engineering got during MR tym.

You will see business picking up from 2nd QTR of this yr.
