That is true.
Basic earnings Rs 2.08 --------------- Dividend Rs 0.60 ( 1st quarter)

Now Dividend ---------- Rs 0.95
therefore Basic earnings may be above Rs 3.29 (//Dividend to Profit Ratio)
WE CAN EXPECT PROFIT AFTER TAX IS MORE THAN 2.2 BILLION!

Rubber glove demand is predicted to be high until 2025. But the ASP of rubber gloves will be a concern. I think DIPD made a good profit because of the price increase in rubber gloves. ASP for rubber gloves went from around 20 to 68. But now it's coming down again. The investments done by the company for capacity improvement will pay off in the coming years because the glove demand or ASP will not fall below pre covid levels, at least during the next 10 years.

Also, I think even if the glove demand from the health care sector falls the demand from hotels, construction and cleaning companies will continue to rise. The next financial statement will be the key. In midterm, I'm positive about DIPD but won't hold it for the long term. There is a pending price correction for all the glove manufacturing companies around the world (check share prices of big rubber glove companies like supermax and top glove).

Anyhow, I'm positive about 30% Mid term profit from DIPD, then the correction will come and it could go either way.
