Ceylon Hospitals (Durdans) was the lowest PE hospital in the healthcare sector. They have surprised everyone in the last quarter posting a NPAT of Rs110mn compared to 2mn against the previous corresponding quarter.

Revenue grew by 16% YoY
PAT grew by 114% YoY
PAT margin improved to 10.6% from 5.5% a year earlier reflecting a better cost management

EPS for the year stands at Rs12.67, at the CMP of 106.50 the PE is 8.4x which is very attractive compared with other health sector stocks.
Yesterday CHL has gained by 8% owing to this stellar performance.

I think CHL has more room to grow during the coming days.

Thanks

Relatively illiquid share. This is one of the companies which does not care about its shareholders. Tudawe brothers are one of the stingiest directors in the he country. They openly violate the rights of the shareholders.
This company was trading at lowest PE ratios for last five years in their respective sector.
Although the value is there ,the inherited issues will affect the share price negatively.

CHL traded over 170,000 and closed the price today up 3%. This kind of activity in this stock can be seen after a very long time. It indicates some interesting thing to come.
