Hi All,
Ive just entered the market after reading ''Rich Dad Poor Dad'.I am intending to do long term investment.So Far Ive got 100s & 50's of TJL,RICH,VPEL,AEL,COMB,JKH,OSEA
Any advise from the pros for long term investments and how to gather more knowledge on the stock market are thier any books you guys recommend ?.Any advise will be very helfpull to me thanking all the kind souls in the forum in advance.

Funny question,Are thier any counters that give shareholder benefits ?,IF so,Wht do they give and how much shares should you be holding ?,Thank you !

Gud selection. U can join workshops organize by CSE to improve ur knowledge, I saw a five day worshop scheduled on june, visit da CSE site for more information. & if u invest a little ,,better to focus on one or two shares rather than buying small quantities in several stocks.

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply,Are thier any counters you suggest for long term like 10,15 years ?.Any other advise to these montesori kid in investing ?.

Anyway I will suggest u some, based on their performance & future earnings

Long Term: COMB,JKH,SAMP,VFIN,LFIN
MID : AEL,TJL,ACL,APLA,PARQ,ALUM,SATF . I can guarantee u will never loose. But its ur money keep dat in mind.. So search,learn,Analyse & buy. :-)

Can you forecast the profits of a company after ten - twenty years from now. Then you can extrapolate the growth rate to the current price which will show you any company's suitability for your project.

Hey Kumarweerarathne,
Thanks a lot for all your valuable time and advise.Counters like SAMP,JKH,COMB are pretty expensive for my budget to be quite frank with my allowance of 25k.I can only invest around 4k per month in the bourse.Are there any cheap counters that has potential growth in the future..how about vpel,ral,rich ???...Any suggestions ?.I am sorry if a newbie like me is wasting your valuable time.

Hi Equitychamp,
I dont think I will be able to predict anything for next ten years but thought sectors like power,hospitatlity,banking will always have a good business model despite any market cycle.I am still in the montesori level of investing.Please let me know if otherwise.Any of your valuable advise will be very much appreciated.Thanks again for your time and valuable thoughts.
