Load of bull excretion.

There is absolutely no need for a fund to discuss with government to invest in quoted stocks. And the best laugh is that 5 billion investor want a freeby room !

Fund Manager is not the owner of the fund. in that case some people requesting these things.

if its true he will work for commission base. thats why requesting this type of things. maybe indian person. requesting office in WTC
