I have written their how the quality of the forum gone down since Sierra IT take over the forum ownership. Also I guessed the ownership of 'Quibit' profile and said it is with GMNet and probably that is represented by Dilisha Perera who is shown at the below news paper image. Seems that my prediction is correct.
