There is a positive correlation between 'Pohottuwa' candidate winning & CSE indices, AND there is a negative correlation between 'Green' candidate winning & CSE indices.
Recent developments in the political scenario points in the direction of a certain 'Pohottuwa' victory which will ensure a bull market at CSE. Not only AEL, KAPI too will be revived, mark my words.
'RottWeiler' of the UNP will be more than happy to lead the opposition!

This share is moving up on the speculation of
1. Gota will become the next president and construction will boom.
2. Government will settle the outstanding amounts to construction companies.
Be careful at anytime this environment can change.
Lot of election gimmicks will trigger stock market up and downs during preelection period.

Pohottuwa win is a high probable event. Everything in life too is based on probability. There are many who feel they have missed the bus, but in my opinion its still not late! The price will surpass 25/= in August.

It's not a highly probable event. Who ever win will be from a narrow margin.
Things can swing to either sides at last moment
Even both parties have not announced their candidates.
So how can someone say it's highly probable.
Minority votes play a major role in the election.
Don't be too optimistic.

GR whom majority have confidence as a doer is emerging as opposition's most probable candidate and this too is going to be with the blessings of MS as he is in discussion with MR to chart his future course & his party's position according to today's 'Sunday times'. Apart from the news paper story its hard truth that MS will not lean towards RW at any cost and obviously will not want to see the green party win at any future elections. Hence, would join hands with MR.
UNF which is very unpopular among the masses are re branding the alliance as NDF (new look UNF)in a desperate move. What ever they do they cannot wear garments that hide their faces and campaign for votes.
RW emerging as NDF presidential candidate cannot be ruled out given the fact that he is backed by party seniors and the working committee. On the other hand SP is backed by party back benchers.
As far as the minority votes are concerned, the TNA the 'prop forward' of UNF like in a rugby team is equally unpopular as the UNF in the North & East. People feel they have been badly let down by the UNF + TNA combo. Muslim parties in my opinion would back a candidate who has higher probability of winning.
Since parties have not announced the candidates only i am speaking of probable events. If candidates are announced then you don't have to analyse probable events in relation to candidature.

I have not delved too much into details & going by the above its clear who would win. Even now as i stated earlier its not too late to invest in AEL.

GR not getting the nomination from MR
MS & Sajith forming a new alliance with the support of TNA & SLMC
Gota contesting from a different party because MR not nominating him as next Presidential candidate.
UNP nominating Karu Jayasooriya as Presidential candidate.
MR nominating Chamal as Presidential candidate.
Anything can happen in politics

Don't be too optimistic

The opposition's game plan has put you into guessing mode and you are imagining things. So, wait till 11th august. Even in the event of a three pronged contest, the outcome will be in favour of MR's camp. again based on probability!

Gotabaya the candidate
The proposed Sirisena-Rajapaksa dialogue underscores an important milestone for Sirisena who has ended four and half years as President. He is likely to seek assurances from Rajapaksa on matters of importance arising from his tenure of office and the road ahead. Former President Rajapaksa will formally assume office as the SLPP leader at its first annual convention at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium on August 11. He will publicly announce his choice for the opposition’s presidential candidate thereafter. There will be no election of SLPP office bearers and those holding positions will remain. Just a day before, he will also make his choice known to JO partner leaders at a meeting at his official residence.
That the former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa will be the Joint Opposition candidate is now certain. He returned to Sri Lanka from Singapore on Tuesday night after recuperating from heart surgery. Opposition Leader Rajapaksa was keen to ensure there were no elaborate arrival ceremonies. Some had even suggested that he return during daytime on Wednesday so he could be taken in procession to Colombo after a grand welcome. The arrival was made low key because he had not yet been named officially.

someone told that this company will be really good in future....I also think this will be a great investment as well as a trading opportunity but if you are trading trade without any margin and if investing this will be a future gem....I also researched alot from external and internally for me AEL seems to be a good investment....Do your research before investment...take care
