That is the nature of the construction sector. After changing the government All constructions which were granted by the previous government should be stoped. new projects and previous projects that stoped will be given by the new government and the benefits of those projects are impacted long term. share price should be reduced bellow Rs 18.00 or 19.00 of AEL.N then don't miss the train. give up AEL.N & wait a few months for your chance.

Won't go down that low, new Giv wants to show results within the next 5 months before the General Election.. Work will resume soon and will be fast tracked.. Japanese envoy had discussions with MR to expedite the central expressway, which was at a standstill during previous Gov..
News will start flowing in about the resumption of many construction projects during the next few weeks.

Just as I was saying... no need to get permits any longer to transport sand, granite and soil. Super for the construction industry.

The Cabinet has decided that permits to transport sand, granite and soil were no longer necessary, Environment, Wildlife Resources, Land and Land Development Minister S.M. Chandrasena said.

He told Daily Mirror that the decision was made to facilitate those engaged in the construction industry - Dailymirror.lk

This is an artificial pumping with government support. To make more favourable to AEL , government declared local construction (gov own projects ) must be carreied out by local suppliers. It looks Favourable to AEL, you can understand who are the share holders now . Same way AEL has manipulated finanacial reports with external auditors.

With the income tax reduction in construction Access will sae 300 million. Which will go to bottom line. With all the other benefits for local construction companies and this government access will benefit and share price will go up. Government change if at all is in 2025 so this as far as I can see is a good investment.
@ teller you said this will come to 18 for the last 3 months plus. I dont think it will ever get to that unless there is a market crash or some external effect which incase all shares will get effected. I have been buying access from 17.50 levels and I hold close to 120,000 shares now. I will hold this much much longer!
