මෙරට විදේශ සංචිත කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස පහත වැටී තිබෙනවා. මහ බැංකුව නිකුත් කළ නවතම වාර්තා අනුව නොවැම්බර් මාසයේ මෙරට විදේශ සංචිත ප‍්‍රමාණය අමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 5358 ක්.
ඉකුත් සැප්තැම්බර් මාසයේ දී මෙරට විදේශ සංචිත ප‍්‍රමාණය අමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 6053 ක් ලෙස පැවතුණා. ඒ අනුව සැප්තැම්බර් මාසයට සාපේක්ෂව නොවැම්බර් මාසයේ දී මෙරට විදේශ සංචිත ප‍්‍රමාණය අමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 695කින් පහත වැටී තිබෙනවා.
මෙලෙස සංචිත පහළ යාමට මහ බැංකුව අනුගමනය කළ ආර්ථික ප‍්‍රතිපත්ති හේතු වූ බවයි ආර්ථික විශ්ලේෂක අසන්ත සිරිමාන්න පවසන්නේ.
විදේශ ණය ගෙවීම සඳහා සංචිත යොදා ගැනීම මෙන්ම මහ බැංකුව මූල්‍ය ප‍්‍රතිපත්ති ලිහිල් කිරීම ඊට හේතු වූ බව ඔහු නෙත් නිවුස් වෙත කියා සිටියා.
කෙසේ වෙතත් මෙම සංචිත පහළයාමේ ප‍්‍රවණතාව තාවකාලික තත්වයක් බවද අසන්ත සිරිමාන්න පැවසුවා.

It is said that monetary officials have overlooked the tight monitoring process thereby diminishing both reserves level plus exchange value to US$.

1080 USD million - Hambanthota Port

from IMF we got 240 USD M(SDR), another four installments. and next year another 2 installments then. (1260/4) * 2=630

then we are getting = 630 *1.5 = 945 USD M approx.

Airport and STate company will generate above 1.2 Billions USD. next year we can see it also.

I feel some are using this forum to discredit the Govt. We have to come out with the truth and not half the truth. May be 700 Mln $ is a correct information. But we should not isolate one information and say the economy is bad.

Eg. If a person has scored 95 marks he is good. but another may say he did not know 5% of the subject. That is also correct. That does not mean person is bad.
Some of our member's main intention I feel to bring down the Market and buy at low and sell after prices move up.
Generally I could say country is on the right track. No govt. is perfect. There can be errors. No president/PM can correct everything in one day.

There are no. of people involve in manipulating the market.
Take the yesterday's market. Ceylon Tobacco 278 shares were sold at a lower price than previous day. Nestles 144 shares were sold at lower than previous days price. Due to CTC and Nestle ASI dropped by 10.40 and 2.52. During the trading hrs also these manipulators buy/sell 3 or 4 shares at a lower price and try to keep the market down. Then others who cannot hold think of selling at a loss and market becomes red. These 2 were the main reasons to drop the ASI by 13 points yesterday.
Authorities should take action against these people like China did recently.

According to recent statistics, Sri Lanka’s foreign exchange reserves fell by US$ 404 million to US$ 5.65 billion in November 2016 from US$ 6.053 billion a month earlier. According to the Weekly Economic Indicators released on 9th December, gold reserves at the end of November 2016 plunged by a sharp 8% to US$ 848 million compared to the figure at end October 2016.

2016 නොවැම්බර් මාසය තුළ දී මෙරට නිල සංචිත වත්කම් ප්‍රමාණය ඇමරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 404.57 කින් පහළ ගොස් තිබේ. 2016 ඔක්තෝබර් 31 දින වන විට පැවති නිල සංචිත වත්කම් වටිනාකම ඩොලර් මිලියන 6,053.84 ක්වූ අතර එය නොවැම්බර් 30 වන දින වන විට ඩොලර් මිලියන 5,649.27 දක්වා අඩු වී ඇත.
මෙහිදී ඔක්තෝබර් අවසානයේ දී පැවති විදේශ විනිමය සංචිත ප්‍රමාණය ඇමරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 5,071.88 ක්වූ අතර නොවැම්බර් 30 දින වන විට එය ඩොලර් මිලියන 4,730.78 දක්වා ඩොලර් මිලියන 341.1 කින් පහළ ගොස් ඇත.
මේ අතර ශ්‍රී ලංකාව සතුව තිබූ නිල රන් සංචිත ප්‍රමාණය ද නොවැමබර් මාසය තුළ දී ඩොලර් මිලියන 911.2 සිට ඩොලර් මිලියන 848.73 දක්වා, ඩොලර් මිලියන 62.47 ක පහළ යාමක් වාර්තා කර තිබේ.
ශ්‍රී ලංකා මහ බැංකුව විසින් අනාවරණය කරන ලද නවතම වාර්තාවක මේ බව සඳහන් වේ.
