Dollar appreciate Rupee decreasing Export companies good. New comer foreigners okay old foreigners holding shares loss ASI may go down to 5500 soon?

How about the export companies with significant import value additions??? The margins shrink and company closes down. Bohoth Achcha nahi DOLLAR MOVING UP UP Icon_biggrin

Exporter may be paid in Sri Lankan rupees. Thats the only possibility to shrink the profit

The Govt's behaviour as at now is like a unhappy tenant who has been given notice to vacate the house within one year. DOLLAR MOVING UP UP Icon_biggrin

will not clean the house, stop watering plants, do some unwanted damage, not even carryout any reasonable maintenance.
If there is a murunga tree, pluck all the drumsticks and leave the leaves only.

There is a talk that some big time property developers had wanted the govt to allow depreciation of the rupee to a predetermined level without any intervention in order to bail them out. Soon after it reaches the comfort zone the CB is expected to get into action. Let's wait & see.

Every Country runs by few wealthy business men and they use politicians/Clergy and media to control people. Wink

I am 100% agreed on your point and till Budget comes out they give a chance to collect everything from retailers + as you mention above bail out.
