ආනයන වියදම් අඩු නොවෙන්නේ ඇයි?

මහ බැංකුවේ නිවේදනයකට අනුව 2018 පළමු මාස 9 ඇතුළත ආනයන වියදම පසුගිය වසරේ එම කාලයට සාපේක්ෂව 10.4%කින් ඉහළ ගොස් තිබෙනවා. මෙය ඩොලර් මිලියන 1587.4ක වැඩි වීමක්.

පසුගිය අගෝස්තු මාසය දක්වා වසරක කාලය තුළ රුපියල එතරම්ම අවප්‍රමාණය වුණේ නැහැ. නමුත්, යම් තරමකින් අවප්‍රමාණය වුණා. එසේ තිබියදීත්, ආනයන වියදම මේ ආකාරයෙන් ඉහළ ගොස් තියෙන්නේ ඇයි?

ඉහත වැඩි වීමෙන් 95%කටම හේතු වී තිබෙන්නේ කාණ්ඩ තුනක ආනයන වියදම් වල සිදු වූ වැඩි වීමයි. ඒ පෞද්ගලික වාහන ආනයනය, ඉන්ධන ආනයනය හා පොහොර ආනයනය යන කාණ්ඩ තුනයි.

වසරේ පළමු මාස නවය ඇතුළත පෞද්ගලික වාහන ආනයන වියදම් 129.6%කින් ඉහළ ගොස් තිබෙනවා. මෙය ඩොලර් මිලියන 670.2ක වැඩි වීමක්. ඉන්ධන ආනයන වියදම් ඩොලර් මිලියන 713.8කිනුත්, පොහොර ආනයන වියදම් ඩොලර් මිලියන 116.6 කිනුත් (163.8%කින්) ඉහළ ගොස් තිබෙනවා. මේ කාණ්ඩ තුනේ පමණක් ආනයන වියදම් ඉහළ යාම ඩොලර් මිලියන 1,500.6ක්. ඉතිරි කාණ්ඩ සියල්ලේම ආනයන වියදම් ඉහළ ගොස් තිබෙන්නේ ඩොලර් මිලියන 86.8කින් පමණයි. එය 0.6%ක සුළු වැඩි වීමක්.

මෙසේ විශාල ලෙස පෞද්ගලික වාහන ආනයන වියදම් ඉහළ යාමට හේතු වී තිබෙන්නේ මෝටර් රථ ආනයනය දෙගුණයකින් පමණ ඉහළ යාමයි. ත්‍රිරෝද රථ, ද්විත්ව කාර්ය වාහන හා මෝටර් සයිකල් ආදිය ආනයනය කිරීම කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස වැඩි වී නැහැ. මෝටර් රථ ආනයනය මෙසේ විශාල ලෙස ඉහළ යාමට හේතුව වසර මුලදී ලබා දුන් තීරු බදු රහිත වාහන බලපත් බව පැහැදිලියි. ඉන්ධන ආනයන වියදම් ඉහළ යාමටත් මෙලෙස අළුතින් ආනයනය කළ, ත්‍රිරෝද රථ හා මෝටර් සයිකල් ආදියට සාපේක්ෂව ඉන්ධන කාර්යක්ෂමතාවය අඩු, පෞද්ගලික වාහන ප්‍රමාණය සැලකිය යුතු ලෙස දායක වී තිබෙන බව සිතිය හැකියි. අප්‍රේල් මාසයේ සිට පොහොර සහනාධාරය නැවත ලබා දීමපොහොර ආනයන වියදම් ඉහළ යාමට හේතු වී තිබෙනවා.

රුපියල අවප්‍රමාණය වෙන්න ඉඩ දුන් විට සෛද්ධාන්තිකව ආනයන වියදම් අඩු විය යුතුයි. එසේ වෙන්නේ ආනයන භාණ්ඩ වල මිල ඉහළ යාම නිසා ඒ භාණ්ඩ වල දේශීය ඉල්ලුම අඩු වීමෙන්. නමුත්, බදු සහන හෝ සහනාධාර දීම මඟින් මිල ඉහළ යාම වලක්වා මිල තිබුණාටත් වඩා පහළ හෙළුවොත් විණිමය අනුපාතිකය අවප්‍රමාණය කළ පලියට ආනයන වියදම් අඩු වෙන්නේ නැහැ.

255 කොට්ටාව ගල්කිස්ස මාර්ගයේ ගමන් කරන බස් රථයකි. ගමන් ඇරඹීමට පෙර සිටම බස් රථයේ අධික සෙනගකි. බසයේ ගමන කොට්ටාවෙන් හවස 6.25ට ගමන් ඇරඹණි. බසයේ කොන්දොස්තර හරි අමුතු එකෙකි. ඩෙනිමක් ඇද එය දණහිස දක්වා නවා ටීෂටයක් ඇදගෙන සිටී.මාර්ගස්ථ මගීප්‍රවාහන අධිකාරියෙන් අනිවාර්‍ය කල අලුත් නිල ඇදුම මෙය විය යුතුය.කතා විලාශයද හරි අමුතු එකය. “ඔය මැද ඉඩ තියාගෙන ඉස්සරහට යන්නෙ නැතුව මොන මගුලක් කරනවද?”, “ටිකට් ගන්න ළගට එනක්න් ඉන්න එපා සල්ලි අදින්න සල්ලි අතේතියාගෙන ඉන්න”,”මාරු සල්ලි නැත්තම් ඉතුරු ඉල්ලන්න එපා” ආදී ලෙස අම්බානක පොර talk issue කරයි. නමුත් බස්‍ රථයේම අලවා තිබු ස්ටිකරයක පරිදි ගමනාන්තය දක්වා ලග තබා ගතයුතු ටිකට්පත නම් කිසිවෙකුට ඔහුගෙන් නොලැබෙයි.

බසයේ රියදුරුද ඔහුටම කැපෙන අයෙකි. කොන්දොස්තර මල්ලීට සහය දෙමින් ඉබි ගමනින් පිළියන්දලට පැමිණීමට ඔහු ගතකල කාලය පැයකි. 255 බස් රථ පිළියන්දල නගරයේ මද වේලාවක් නවතාගෙන සිටීම සම්ප්‍රදායකි. සම්ප්‍රදායන් කඩ කිරීම දඩුවම් ලැබිය හැකි වරදක් බැවින් එන්ජිමත් off කල බසය පැය කාලක් පිළියන්දල ගිමන් හරින්ට විය. වෙලාව රාත්‍රී 7පසුවී විනාඩි 40කි.ඊළග 255 බසය පැමින(එය CTBබසයකි) දෙතුන් වරක් නලාව නාද කල නිසා බැරි බැරි ගාතෙන් නැවත ගමන ඇරඹිණි . බසයේ එහාමෙහා හැරිය නොහැකි තරම් සෙනගකි. පිළියන්දල හන්දියෙන් කටුබැද්ද දෙසට හැරුනු බසය නැවත එකතැනය.

විනාඩි දහයක් පමණ ගතවිණි. දැන් මගීන් මදක් නොසන්සුන්ය. පසුපසින් පැමිණි CTB රථය නවතාතිබූ කතානායක බසය පසුකරගෙන යාම මගීන්ගේ කේන්තිය කේන්ද්‍රස්ථාන ගත කරන්නට සමත් විය. “මල්ලී මේක යන්නෙ නැද්ද? “ඉවසාසිටිය නොහැකිම තැන අයෙක් විමසීය. “යන්නෙ නෑ ඇයි මොනවා කරන්නද රැඩිකල් කොන්දොස්තර මල්ලීගේ පිළිතුරයි. දැන් බසය ඇතුලේ කුසු කුසුවකි. “දැන් කොච්චර වෙලා මේක නවත්තගෙන හිටියද?, ctb එක ඉස්සර කරලත් ගියා”තවත් මගියෙකුගේ චෝදනාවකි. “Ctb අපිට අදාල නෑ අපි යන්නෙ අපිට ඕනෙ විදිහට. යන්න බැරි කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවා නම් සල්ලි දෙන්නම් බැහැල යන්න”.නැවත කොන්දා මලිලීගෙන් රැඩිකල් පිළිතුරකි.

“අපි මොකටද මුංගෙ ගෑස් බලන්නෙ කටිටියම බැහැලා සල්ලි ඉල්ලගමු”. අයෙක් කෑගැසූ අතර, විනාඩි 25ක් එකතැන සිට අම්බානක මල පැන සිටි මගීන් එකමුතු විය සියල්ලන්ම බසයෙන් බැස කොන්දොස්තර වට කරගත් විට මේ ලංකාවදැයි පුදුම සිතුණි. රැඩිකල් කොන්දොස්තර දැන් හරි අසරණය. “හරි හරි දැන් යනවා යන අය නගින්න”.. ඒ talk එකේ පෙර මෙන් පොර ගතියක් නැත.”නෑ අපි යන්නෙ නෑ අපේ සල්ලි දෙන්න”.. දැන් පොදු මතය ප්‍රභලය. මගීන් අසූවකට සීයකට වට වී අසරණ වූ කොන්දා මල්ලීට ඉතුරු සල්ලි බෙදනවා විනා වෙන විකල්පයක් නැත.

අවසානයේ සියල්ලන්ට සල්ලි බෙදා දුන් කොන්දොස්තර මල්ලී අසරණව බසයට නැග driver අයියා සමග හුදෙකලාව යන්නට විය.
තම පාරිභෝගිකයන් වූ මගියා සමග සෙල්ලම් කරන, මගියාගේ වටිනා කාලය අමු අමුවේ අනුභව කරන බස් රථ රියදුරු මහත්වරුන්ට කොන්දොස්තර මහත්වරුන්ට මෙය හොද පාඩමකි.
ආයෙත් මතක ඇති කාලෙක ඒ කොන්දොස්තර මල්ලී රැඩ්කල් නොවනු ඇත. නිකරුනේ මගීන්ගේ වටිනා කාලය සමග සෙල්ලම් නොකරනු ඇත.මෙවැනි බස් අයියලා අපේ රටේ තවත් සිටිය හැක.හැම දෙනාම එකාවන්ව එක්වී ඔවුන් යහමඟට ගැනීම අපේ යුතුකමකි.
අපේ රට නිවැරැදි මාර්ගයට ගත හැක්කේ අපිටම පමනකි.

• Land leased for 99 years for Rs. 1.4 billion to investors from UAE

In the latest effort to upgrade Battaramulla as the administrative capital, the Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development yesterday launched a Rs. 30 billion mixed development project in the heart of the town. 

The venture aims to integrate a multi-modal transport centre that plans to locate all major administrative functions in the capital with investment from Riemersma Management Company (RMC)’s Essar Project on a public-private partnership basis.

The project will initiate its plans in a 415-perch land plot, with the Koswatta to Kaduwela main road running behind it and the Battaramulla to Rajagiriya main road running in front. It proposes to build two towers with 35 storeys and 26 storeys, the first allocating a net space of 20,000 square metres for government and private offices, and the latter with 250 standard apartments and 100 hotel apartments. 

The project will also be part of a Light Rail Transport (LRT) system which will run from Kaduwela to Fort. In addition, the apartments will be priced targeting the employees in the area. The entire project is expected to be completed within the next five years. 

“This mix development project, which was launched as a public-private partnership project, is an important milestone project for our Ministry. This project proposes to locate all major administrative functions within municipalities of Kaduwela, Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte, Urban Council of Maharagama, and Pradeshiya Sabha of Kotikawatta-Mulleriyawa, and integrate these identified areas of the administrative capital, and gazette and declare it as separate Municipal Council in the future,” the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development Patali Champika Ranawaka stated at the launch. 

The lease declaration for the land plot, which was leased to Essar Project for a 99-year lease for Rs. 1.4 billion, was handed to the investors at the launch by the dignitaries. Speaking at the launch, RMC’s Essar Project Managing Partner Kier Riemersma voiced their gratitude for the opportunity given to participate in the development of Sri Lanka and detailed the plans the project holds.

“The most important aspect of this project in our perspective is the job creation and the economic development. We have long looked at Sri Lanka as a strong area for foreign direct investment. This project is the first step in that process,” he stated.

Speaking to Daily FT, Riemersma said the time frame for this development will be three and a half years with 12 months of design and engineering, which will be followed by the construction cycle of two and a half years. He explained that they are the development manager of this development project.

“We oversee the entire project, which includes putting the investment consortium together, procuring the design team, the engineering team, the construction company, the hotel operator as well as sales, leasing, and management for the project,” he added.

The project declaration of investment for the lease was handed over by the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development to the investors at the ceremony.

The Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickrama, Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development Secretary Eng. Nihal Rupasinghe, Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development Administrative Cities Development Project Director Srimantha Fernando, and other Ministry officials were present at the event.

Whenever someone promoting a share/news without proper analysis and resource type the share name in search, EX 1-search BFN/Orient finance kalu351 comes first ,2- UBC/Union bank and MarketWch comes first.You can see the history and  their backup profiles and new profiles also supporting same share over and over.


Nobody can predict/give 100% accurate information about deals/News or analysis …etc and only you can pick the great counters @right time @right price. EX 1- no one predict CSEC yet if you pick the share below 20/= it went 40+ after the deal. EX-2 if you collected HUNA under 90/= it went 180+. 


Do your own analysis first before you invest/trade. Don't fall for deals/news/day trading promoters etc.... There are few forums you can get all the help and analysis and many sites to get information on shares ,but not this forum.


If the first day a politician did a mistake have been punished according to Sri lankan LAW this country will not become like this. This forum is filled with manipulators/crooks/promoters and they have a group, even the Admin and moderates are sleeping or some say they are crooks too.
