Lot of positive things has discussed in the AGM. A new research and development team and international marketing unit to be setup in Singapore.
Company also going to enter new agreement with Volkswagen car factory which is going to setup in kuliyapitiya.
I feel 65++ tomorrow. Ideas welcome

If HEXP is so good share why are you repeating the same again and again, count your numbers of HEXP advertisement in this forum for the past three months.

CGT on shares are not imposing this year. This is another stupid panic creation by idiots.
Actually no need to promote shares like HEXP. But some panic creation is developing to make some pools.
That's why I have to repeat this topic.

Are you thinking Panic creation only affecting the HEXP, not the other shares like ACL, NEST,JKH. You are very caring about the HEXP, that’s HEXP board of directors are not bothered about HEXP or it’s investors they only announced beggar’s dividend of less than 50 Cents that is too subject to tax. You are behaving like hawker or Gram seller loudly selling your HEXP on behalf of HEXP Company.

I listened to teller and bought a lot of HEXP but sold them all at a loss just before brexit.
someone should stop this bogus promotion, and i say it again, HEXP Is No REXP.

@tradee,Once you planted a mango tree, dont expect mangoes with in day of two. A bud tree can give the harvest but depend on climate issue too. Shares also same scenario can be applied.
HEXP holders are never loose.

Tellee, I must point out that I am Not new to trading but have been trading for years,
mostly at NYSE, NASDAQ and other foreign stock exchanges.
My problem is you are promoting a particular share, HEXP and misleading people.

With this coming rally HEXP possible to pass 75/- levels. Many more reasons are there to do so. After AGM every one understood it steady plan and future growth. 35,000 shares trade with in hours. GL

HEXP is planning to dispose a property (land) in Minuwangoda to one of Hayleys PLC subsidiaries Alumex PLC. Transaction value is Rs.420m. Sale proceeds will account a considerable amount of profit on asset disposal in this financial year though it is treated as one-off transaction.

If this news is true HEXP can pass 110/- due to cash flow increase. HEXP only have 8 million shares issued and 85% are holding by 20 share holders.
Today over 50,000 shares were traded attractively.

If they get 100 million gain, then EPS will 100/8 equal to 12.5 except operation EPS.
HEXP is very old company so acquisition value of this land may be very few.
In that scenario a big gain can be expected .

I think you are a HEXP bloody ambassador and very good promoter of the HEXP. What had happened to your big investor wants rental free office space in Colombo story?

You are one of the responsible person for panic creation. You made some people panic and gave some opportunities to others buy HEXP in low levels. Some poor investors sold based on your hate statements.
I know about HEXP that's why posted some articles to protect some investors.
HEXP recovered 58 to 67 levels with in a week with strong volumes. Once again you feel jealousy.
HEXP is rich in cash even subsidiary of HAYleys.
If they sell their Land ,you will get double jelous.
We never recommend others to buy Scraps.
Personally I hold 5-7% of HEXP compare to my other holdings. So I don't have biv reason to promote HEXp.
I am investing on CSE more than 15 years so I know who are the animals here.
Do better to control your feelings with out fingering others.
Future will decide who is correct or wrong? Remember people are not pools to buy based on these posts.

Please look into 2015/2016 financials. Freehold property value as of 31st March 2016 is Rs.15.8m. Land is located at Minuwangoda road, Ja Ela. Sorry for typo.

Circular sent to shareholders is dated as 29th June 2016. If a transaction value (Sales value) exceeds 50% of the total assets of the company the approval of shareholders is required by a way of special resolution in terms of section 185 of the company act no.7 of 2007. Meeting will be held on 27th July at Deans road, Maradana.

Please look yourself the information to ensure the accuracy of said transaction before jumping into prior conclusions. Thanks.
