We all know CFVF - JINS LIFE AND BFN is for sale

there is talk in the town that CFVF will go soon and then BFN will follow and then finally JINS LIFE

what we all do is when the run started we collect high and we sell a little high or we sustain loss

Very Few collected CFVF BELOW 35
Very few collected BFN Below 9

in fact if nothing no deal also CFVF is a good share as they have a strong cash flow and DIVIDEND

BFN on the other hand marketing aggressively and expanding some say new owners plans are already underway expanding the branch network and expanding the range of products by Orient finance

Some say a large sum of USD is due to come to the country in the coming weeks to start the BFN restructuring and recently one Investor had bought over 50000 shares knowing this story

So dont get late

Buy low and sell little his at 12 -14

People are greedy and brokers are also selfish they are not telling the real story when the run start only they will say BUY BUY BUY -BFN BFN

Ohh .you must be bought BFN at 12.
Fnance sector will be faced huge issues due to corona and economic downturn .
Take over is only speculation ,I think orientation finance will have to amortised it's loan portfolio by 10-20%>
Due to non performing backed assets like batta and twheel and less demand for vehicles.

hey I bought but not at 12 I have a small quantity of BFN and i have AVE it to 8-70 now i will buy more in the coming days below 10

Think on the long RUN BANKS AND Finance companies are the most benefited sector from CORONA - no write off of loans and it is only rescheduled so on the long run they will be for sure benefitted

May be you dont know BFN is the oldest finance company in Sri Lanka and it has a License that is with different facilities and Chinese firms came twice to buy over this and shafter family did not agree and GOSL previously did not give permission for some funds to come from CHINA for the BFN buy over deal

Now the government is changed and chinese friendly government is in power and PORT CITY operations will kick off in few months time

So chinese Financial giants want to established in SAri lanka - they can not get new Licence and they will take over 2-3 financial institutions Like BFN in Sri Lanka and may pay a premium price as the long run is fruitful

When the BFN RUN started we all will RUSH and buy above 10-12 smart investors will start to collect now with the price is below 10

Look in the coming days and weeks and months what will happen
