LALU is now testing stock for other Hayleys Group subdivision shares .

So So So..

They will Push up LALU as much as possible and they keep the price up like CIC then other subdivide shares will go automatically ..

LALU will show the good profit this Quarter

LALU is now only in the collection stage.. It may pass 200/= soon even after subdivision it will trade 50/=(it means 250/= now)

LALU -you don't worry about it. They are push down and collect more .. Even any price you bought then hold it until the 10th of Feb ..try to exit after that .. you don't believe it .. minimum 30% profit confirm

only the problem from 4th to 10th  of Feb period your buying power goes in minus because from 4th to 10th your portfolio calculates as 0 value for the LALU.

If i hold LALU till the dealing suspension will my stocks get automatically split? or i have to do any other formalities?

Hi Jana,

Is the sub-divided price per share Rs.27.75 (138.75/5) ?

And if my understanding is correct based on Annual report, out of 13.7Mn total shares only 5% held by individuals as free-float which is 0.685Mn before split.

Though company states 49.85% free float most of the shares are owned by institutions and HNWI. Hence, the trading percentage is much less.
