After following the today's trading pattern many thought that ALUF gonna caught up with the price band at the end of the trading day, but it is not..

I can only assume 2 reasons for this..
1. the people who took this to ceiling must be really clever set of people who are so knowledgeable about the rationale behind this price band .. or

2. the price band exciting is no match for the CSE " Raja wada Kaarayo "

i dont think ALUF deserved a price band. it has gone up in good volumes. please note, i dont have ALUF in my portfolio. so i'm not talking in favor of it. justify why you think ALUF deserved a price band.

well it appreciated 28.13% without any reason... 160,300 shares were traded in 360 trades. well that's lot of trade for 160,000 shares . And there's something fishy about the two trades of 19,700 @ 135 & 16,700 @135 ( 10.58 am) , only after these two trades that price went haywire. well i don't have solids facts to prove that ALUF must be banded, but that's what i thought during the trading session.

sometimes the reasons or news that made the share appreciate comes too little too late to retailers. probably some big fish wanted to sell out and manipulated the price movement so that the retailers would jump in and buy. but who knows, there could be no reason as well. we'll wait and see what kind of a surprise ALUF has to reveal to us during the next couple of days.

yes. i was under the impression that they consider the price movements during the past few days to impose a price ban. but in the case of PAP, SEC imposed the price ban on the day that it went up by 80% itself. i think the price band criteria is different from one another. maybe it could be based on their gut feeling too. well i'd rather say, today's trades ALONE were not enough for ALUF unlike in the case of PAP Smile

i appreciate the ALUF to sustain in current prices,we all knows that there is a serious loss of capital and they came up with pp and rights for cash infusion,this company was a consecutive loss making company with illiquid nature in shares,just bcoz of illiquid nature traders eying to this..i think
hope ALUF will do their best in future,but this is a crap share to me at current levels
