A small clarification
Do you expect CSE in 6 months to be at 20 forward PER. This would not be bubble given below ratios & profits of listed corporates improving (GLAS)
Keep in mind 1) Average 15 2) Average bull run 19 3) 2011 super bubble 29 4) FMs trade between 15-20
Perhaps when it hits 20 shoeshine boys will be in taking it to 25++
