Hi all,

CSE is experiencing LAST STAGES of equity sell off to my understanding.

INCREASED PULL BACK is making CSE more ATTRACTIVE in terms of MARKET VALUATIONS. Today, the Market PE fell below 12.9 or low and the equities becoming extremely attractive CF. to other PEER stock markets in which the PE is more than 20 levels.

My advice is to all is, NEVER EXPECT a 100~200 point gains everyday. We cannot artificially create an upside in any manner. CSE will gradually rebuild the lost CONFIDENCE of INVESTORS with following positives in time to come

1. UNHRC - No IMPACT
2. Successful DEBT repayments
3. Possible 25bps rate cut on 04/03
4. STRONG Bilateral SUPPORT from CHINA
5. Port CITY LAW ENACTMENT and potential INVESTMENTS more than USD 700Mn in pipe lines

Therefore, CSE ideally will have a NATURAL TIME LAG to RECOVER.

Two options left;INVESTORS can SHUT PCs and research on something value adding or REALIZE LOSS whom are impatient.

Good Luck 🤞

On the money. With today's sell off now ASPI reaching 7,000 with market PE coming below 13x. Sometimes index may come below 7,000 also due to lack of holding power of our retail investors. But this will be for short term only.

Hi all,

Its better to hold if you are not in credit and have holding power. The issue is that there are no big buying so till it happens market will be like this. At these rates many are collecting slowly and we can see that many who are not used to the waiting game losing money. Its your choice. but when the market turns it will turn quickly and fast. I am not a technical guy but there is lots of value shares in the market now.
