CLC placed on a Slingshot
The untimely pullback is suspicious … artificial … against the market sentiment …. signaled in non of the technical indicators …. told me by an expert Market analyst after witnessing CLC’s trading of 5.4Mn shares last Friday.
Further, he added that the huge selling pressure was absorbed by a "party" or a "group" in a peculiar manner that seem to be well prepared in advance for the fiasco. Experienced Brokers believe that some party wanted to buy a large parcel of the counter just before next week expecting some news from the most awaited formation of LOCH . The name of a well-known HNWI and a nickname of a market manipulator were mentioned in the circulating grapevine who were believed to be the buyers of last Friday.
Price sensitive upcoming events :
Transfer of NIFL to LOCH on or before next Friday. ( only 5 more days for the event )
It is expected that the NIFL price would be doubled in the coming week and CLC price to reflect its 50% ownership accordingly.
It is believed CLC to acquire three troubled finance companies in near future according to the roadmap discussed by the parent. According to a rumor spread in the market floor last week that CLC is to acquire SFL. ( news yet to be confirmed )
Financial reports to be published before 15th November.
Just after the closure of NIFL transfer a new disclosure is expected on CLC transfer which will most probably be scheduled in mid-November.

Volume on Friday is surprisingly equal to the free-float of the counter and out of most traded were over Rs 41/= .
Further, all technicals indicate a “Strong Buy “ while many indications on “just about to happen” kind of an accelerated upward movement in the price of the counter.
The newly formed trend line is directed towards Rs 85/= where the earlier line was towards Rs 75/= point. It is the reconfirmation that CLC will move towards the Triple Digit Zone in a comfortable manner with an ever-growing appetite.
Considering all facts, I predict CLC is almost to make a “Slingshot Move” within a very short time period, surprising the trading community while making a historical impact on Indexes.
