As per the Market information CLC will start its second journey from tomorrow onwards.

SFL deal will be finalised in the first week of JAN 2022 as per the news.

A high chance of finalizing the second acquisition (BLI) before the end of JAN .

According to the rumours one CLC will be given for every 3 SFL shares. ( This news is yet to be confirmed )

Two large parcels of SFL seen traded yesterday @ Rs 24/=

If Rs 24/= is the table price then CLC price should immediately be adjusted to 24 X 3 = Rs 72 /= with the finalisation of SFL deal.

The way CLC kept under 30/= I knew there will be 1 for 3 kind of a jilmart going to happen Wink

. They keep pushing SFL towards 30/= . Since CLC have 6,377,711,170 shares this kind of a deal is good or bad guys?

both CLC and LOFC have touched down the demand zones and as per technical, monthly and weekly candles too showing a bullish sentiment. week starting from Jan be a good one for both these shares and keep a close look on these counters.

Not a buy sell recommendation.

Last year, when COLO was trading at 50, I said this is a gem that will go above 150, and now it has. Don't worry, trust the stock and keep calm.

Market news says SFL share will go over Rs 50 because of the CLC acquisition .

I wonder If that happens and if CLC give 1 Share for 3 SFL shares in the acquisition ..... then what is the price of CLC would be ...?

coming out SFL:CLC 3:1 ratio another 20 million of CLC shares incoming to the float when issued for the 60 million shares of SFL. almost making 2% of CLC public float. 30 rupees SFL price is reasonably rectified as 30*3 makes CLC price above 90. 10 billion market cap is well covered with this price adjusted to match the minimum public holding. What a superb plan. Short term CLC 100 rupees is going to be secured.
