Yes

they helped me lot during credit settling period last year. Impact i was with another brokering firm and i had a margin (40 %) to settle during the latter part of 2010, neither i had money to settle it nor mechanism to arrange a margin facility. then they bought my portfolio by paying the debt to that brokering firm and help me to get margin trading facility.

what i can say is that they are retail friendly..

My Exp with Cap Trust is very bad. The lady on the helpline is not helpful @ all. Hotline is never picked up. If answered they say they'll get back to you but never. My account with them is useless as they have not transferred any of my shares from the existing broker for a long time.

best part is I received an email from them saying that they did not receive my application after the account was opened!

I can go on and on about their blunders.

This is just my experience... Their website says they were ranked no.1 in certain criterias. Embarassed
