SEC implemented rules few months ago?
What did they want from those implementations?
Have sucseed their objectives from those rules?
Was manupulation were stoped by those rule?
Why these rules?
To whom these rules?
For What these rules?

We can satisfy if these rules helped to streamline the market activitiees.Has it done?
Recently SFS was manupulated.Could thse SEC rules to stop that?
BLUE was manupulated.Could SEC stop that?

Then why thse rule?

Could you tell us (Pro SEC Rules Pandiths) what are the positive factors from implemented SEC rules?And What bad things stoped by the Rules and What are the Good things emered from the Rules?

Small investors have been secured from the rules? Or Big(Jilmarts) investors have been controled by the Rules?

all of we are bear our losess, after last aug cse or sec change too much rules
in war situtation www.cse.lk was down. not like this

Understand the simple theory , Rules are for poor and weak, so market is going down so that the strong and rich could hold and buy more and they will make the market green when everything is collected. Wait till then. Once the collections are over Market will become green. This is like having power cuts after heavy floods at march
