British American Technologies is a major shareholder in ECL - two of the directors on the ECL board are British American Technology appointees. I just think they just used ECL to collect the stake and then bought it from ECL. This generates a profit of over 60 million for ECL - great for the shareholders of ECL and will be good for the ECL share price. British American Technologies has been a significant shareholder in BLUE before and obviously sees some value in BLUE and is keen to get control. Also the chairman of ECL is also the chairman of SLIC who have also collected a big parcel of BLUE. This is all from public information.

Why British American Technologies paid such high amount of money for single share ???? At last week it traded around 8 so is there anything behind this??

I can't understand why eChannelling sell there shares in BLUE. If that much of shares (almost 10%) traded at 10 then why eChannelling sell there shares at low price ??

British American technologies (Pvt) Ltd hold 23% of ECL so retailers money will get trap again if a rally developed.

BLUE is a manipulated Stock... People will flock to buy it when they hear some big player bought some stake in it. Then once the price reach a higher point; the previous buyer sells the whole stake bought at a profit. Then the poor retailers get trapped....

So, only invest in BLUE if you have extra money which you won't mind even loosing.
Yes, with some luck; you may be able to make a profit.

But most of the time retailers get hit hard...

I'm also believe that BLUE is very overvalued share and some of people try to manipulate it. So as investors we need to understand this fact.
