Europe Mkts are up today, this trend will be followed by the mks in USA as well.We can expect a recovery of Asian mkts tomorrow including SL.

SL??? not until SEC guys wakeup and look around to see what's happening around.
Incapable rut. The decision has to be Yes, No or Compromised situation to agree to what is agreeable and reject what isn't.

What a statement they have made to say that they need time to study further? What were they doing all these weeks not days?

They want us to eat more and more carrot while giving ample time for big elephants to manipulate poor traders and collect enough stocks to make them jumbo elephants.
