*we cant predict that a share should reach its peaks in anytime,sometimes a share may not reach its peaks in decades.....
*so a previous highs are not a barrier if a rally starts.,as i seen in CSD,there was many big sell orders coming from somewhere when ever someone try to clear sell orders and push it up.....so eventually it going down due to lack of buying absorption.

When a party want to buy entire co. they do not allw the price to move up. but this share has a real value so no one can't hold it at this level, it will move up.

but make sure it came right issue also. that volume still there in the market who have collect @ 10/- .May be when price go up there will be selling pressure too.

Most important thing is that right issue.
Proportion: - One (01) new ordinary share for every one (01) share held
Issue Price: - Rs.11.00/-
So this could be the reason
