Dont think that price bands are applicable for all the shares which gets appreciated. There are certain criteria to be fulfilled. If that matches, then SEC puts the price band. As i know there is a huge impact with the public float of the share vs the number traded per day.
All the best. my prediction is not caught to price band today. So i am with wide open eyes for tomorrow. :0
