One another thing
SEMB has 1:1 non voting shares and they funded big money to the company during recent right issue(5:23)
Also they are going to fund much more when converting w16 @80. Voting share holders must be very much happy non voting share holders funding this much money while company not giving dividend for considerable period
Anyhow they has to do something to get money from w16 holders

welll. i dnt think it just a rally... Blue.N went up coz the mkt capitalization s lower so its easy to push it up even with a news or even without a news.. but not SEMB..

it has some big quantities.. its nt a share which can be pulled up by sayin its just a rally.. there has 2 b somethin goin on.. some news or rumor.

@cse1 : wats this indian deal ??

This kind of large deals cannot be concluded within two or three weeks. May be negotiations are in progress. Until such time the share price would move up and down and the last moment it will hit the peak. One must be lucky to have a good quantity of shares at the peak.

May be you are one of that lucky persons

There is a technical problem with ord.NV shares. Share price is 0.90 and W0016 is trading @ .50-.40 and the conversion rate is @ 80cts. So subscribing for the conversion of NV shares at present price is not viable to the W0016 holders.
ie : Warrant Price : 0.50
Conversion Cost : 0.80
Total Cost : 1.30
NV share price : 0.90
Loss @ Current Price : 0.40

In order to persuade W0016 holders to subscribe for the conversion, NV share should be move to at least 1.60 or above. Company is getting 360M from this conversion, where as amount to be raised via W0015 is 381M. So its hard to belive that main shareholders will ignor this much of money considering the status of the company.

Prices of all SEMB shares and warrants will go up gradually towards december, other wise this fund raising exercise will be futile.
