dear friends, Today I cannot put orders and cannot refresh previous orders with bartleet online. I wanted to sell some shares. bu t i missed FLCH rally too. Sad

was anyone else faced this problem??

yeap, it is down, you call your adviser and sell or buy your shares

Between 9.30 am and 10.00 am all my order got purged but after that I am able to place orders but the system is unusually slow today.

my god, all my FLCH sell orders has been cancelled at 4.40 and 4.50

we should complain about their current system. If no response, then better to shift to another broker.

I complained about this issue before 1 week. Sent an e mail to IT manager and Put cc to Mr. Murali too. But still even I ddnt get any reply. I don't know, why do they ignore the customers like this. They might ignore stock brokering with the expansion the business to other sectors. I am also in two mind to change my broker.
I hope you will also complain about this issue to Bartleet

Definitely. I also complained once. But finally no inquiry. No formal response. So I opened an account with another broker firm which has DirectFN. Slowly moving the PF to that broker as I sell them.
