Dear friends,As you all know The Bartleet online trading system is really very poor. When the market is busy, always the system is stuck. But I don't like to change my broker too, since he is bit ok. The problem is, why still they don't use an improved system like Direct FN or CDAX. Don't we have any other option than using this system or else can't we suggest BARTLEET to introduce an improved system as mentioned above.
Please discuss.. Specially comments are highly welcome from Bartleet friends...

I am also with BMS. Speed & performance of BMS system very poor. Since the Adviser is good I have opened a account with another broker just to get Direct FN.

I am using Bartleets online system almost every day from overseas and so far I have not had any major problems. The system is a bit slow but it’s acceptable for me as long as I can place orders and cancel orders in less than 10 seconds time period as SL market is not very volatile compared to markets in Singapore, Hong Kong US etc. You can request for improvement please write to the management of Bartleets they might consider your requests.

I'm also with Bartleets.Their online system is really poor compared to other products such as CDAX and DirectFn. I also asked the advisers about changing to a stable product. I opened another account with Asia to get DirectFn. Somehow Bartleet online system is not good enough for trading, Hoping to shift portfolio slowly from Barleet to Asia if they dont change the system. In heavy trading days its updating of share prices are slow.

Well the news from by Investor from BMS is that they are going for a upgrade very very soon, so pls check you all as well.

Yup. Some times It fails when we are going to place an order. It's frustrating. As such we prefer a change! Adding chart handling abilities etc! Me Tooo From BMS

IM TOO stuck with BMS system....have anybody mistakenly exit the internebt browser without loging off the BMS system...You want get a chance to login until next day morning . until that it keeps saysing you have loged in. and their systems detais such as past data are not their, very slow. i even had my hands burn with HVA coz of this systems slowness..... Im a small investor. Actually a student so dont have much money , thats why i dont leave BMS coz i think to get a Asia DirectFn i need at a big portfolio neeeeee........ more than 100,000/-

It seems Asia DFN also stuck these days, meanwhile capital trust worked well.
Try with that, they provide account for any PF

I am too using BMS and from overseas. In most cases past few days the system gets hanged for no reason and then cannot log in for couple of hours. Now i started emailing to the IT guy as soon as it gets stuck but sometimes it doesnt help because by the time system is up the market might have crashed. I lost many opportunities to buy at low or sell at high because of this problem. Adding to that, my broker is almost non existant. No help, no advice , no early warnings nothing.. I am totally frustrated with BMS service but dont have much of a choice to change because I live abroad.
Gettomg BMS to do at least a systme upgrade would be a great help.

I once spoke to IT manager of BMS and explained the issues discussed above. He was not very helpful.

Then I sent him an e-mail providing examples with incorrect calculations in the system. He didnt accept that too.

Finally changed the broker.

Yes I also experienced the same. In that scenario you have to call the IT guy and correct it. Otherwise you cant log in. I also missed lot of opportunities because of their system problems. They are not going to change the system. One adviser told they would be developing a new system. But it will take lot of time and effort to develop and test a error free system(at least 90%). Even if we show the problems with current system, they wont accept it or investigate it. So its better to have long term ones with BMS and shift others to some other broker with good software.
