GREG have money. Why they don't build two tree hotels with money from rights, conveted warrants ?

SL tourist arrival is increasing 25% per year. Kuwait, Indian , Canadian investors are keen to invest in leisure projects.

But Greg is not using the money. Not in investments, not in bank...
Where is that money ?

Can't predict. But Greg don't have profit streams. What they having is DPL, CLPL,..
That's why I said they need to stabilize profit streams in subs rather acquiring hardly beaten loss making companies with unpredictable future.

How many of you all read the "Brief Profile of GREG Group (Real Strength)" a 4 pg document with some interesting facts,circulated under the name "Stock Watch" and contains neither addresses nor tel numbers.Document ends with a note "Pls give maximum publicity".

Somewhere the document says ...A certain published analysis in news papers recently indicates ERI has a potential net profit of Rs/4043 yearly for a period of 4 yrs with an EPS of Rs.13 on certain assumptions due to nature of business with a wider margin of error. On the basis of PE of 17.2 for investment trust on 9th December a price of Rs.223/- justified for ERI..

Someone is desperate to push this share up. look at the tactics they are using now

Actually this is not illegal. Any company can do it. Only rule is that they cannot issue any number of shares as you think.
Thy can issue the unsubscribed warrants to others who applied for additional.

I think the problem here is many have not paid for their warrant conversion and some others have got the chance to gather all the unsubscribed shares @ 24/- . Then they can sell them at any price above 24/- to make quick profit. This makes price levels readjusted to lower levels.

Somehow if they have issued more than the available number of warrants that is a point to inquire.

Some people here are just speculating that bring the market down which is not going to achieve our objective of being here

Yes this is not a new thing.Last year when NTB warrant was converted they offered additional shares(unsubscribed warrants) at a price of Rs35/=.At that time NTB was round Rs80/=.(I have mentioned this several times.)
