I have a business dealing in Motor vehicles/mining equipment/Spare parts in Botswana. I am a Sri Lanken. I want to know would it be possible for me to raise funds through a private placement of shares in Sri Lanka, and get a CSE listing. The business has been operating for the last 7years, and is having a very good track record. I am looking to raise USD 1Million initially.
Let me know if any one in this forum,have any idea how to get this through. Also i am looking for strategic investors in Sri Lanka.
