After the war CSE was the one of stock markets in the world. At that time a lot of Local & Foreign investors invested money a lot with CSE. Time to time The government & Media given a fully promotion about the stock mkt & people was very happy to invest in stock mkt in their hard earned money to get a big profit. Most of investors taken off money from their deposits & Invested in stock market.
Now with this crash situation investors haven't got more money to invest in stock mkt. Also new comers are looking another investment ways instead of share mkt.
Old investors with big portfolios have big losses. They have no idea whether shares keep or sell. Because if they keep their shares more time they need 2-3 years to cover their losses. But passed 2-3 years the money hasn't the real value as the present. Also they cant sell their shares because if they sell they will have a bot lost.
As per the past records with few days time foreign investors came to CSE. Now are looking a green light deemly but this is not so good because CSE is a big source for US.
I also think now is the time to buy shares but now i have no money to invest. I know most of share holders present situation as this. If the share mkt will up we need more investors. if not we need to buy more. In the current situation foreign inverters looking for CSE.
I would like to keep this topic for further. Then we can discuss about this. Finally all of we need to up the ASI to cover our losses firstly. Then we can have a profit. Than we go for profits.
Mate whatever the market trend is regardless weather its bullish, bearish or sheep. you should always know how to manage your investment. Stock market is a one source of investment where you can gain capital in the long or short it can be considered as a very profitable and a riskier asset. hence we should always remember to invest only a 40 to 70 % (maximum) no mater how good our economy is and reinvest the remaining in safer places such as FD'S and bonds. if you look at any powerful investor in today world or if you talk to any expert they would give you the same advice.
im sorry to hear that most people ran out of cash to make any sort of investment due to recent market drop. in the future we should always remember these moments and learn from experiences before investing.
