A mumber of companies use various versions of DirectFN. I used DirectFN TWS of a recently launched broker company which had lots of problems. I changed the broker after several complaints to the former was not heeded. First talk to your broker firm and if they are unable change the broker.Whitebull wrote:With newest version of Directfn I can not see the ASI chart.Other charts can be seen.I downloaded the history several times. But problem remains.

Could you please mention me version you are using ?
K.Haputantri wrote:Whitebull. Try to double click on the small ASI chart at left upper corner of the screen, then the intraday ASI chart will appear, then right click on the ASI intraday chart & click "send to chart". This might work.
