Just saw this;
ASI is up 63 points with 824 Mil TO by 11 a.m. with Crossings of COMB & RHL which marked 109 Mil from total..
We normally see the day's TO passing 1 Bil if ASI reached this much..

And by 11:10 a.m. its gone up to 80 points up just becuz TO increased in following counters significantly??

JKH - 82.8 Mil
HNB - 75.4 Mil
COMB - 68.9 Mil
SFIN - 29.6 Mil
CTHR - 24 Mil
HNB.X - 18.7 Mil

I hate these type of large MPI counters moving up due to large crossings because market get overheated quickly when these large counters going up..
I like to see some penny counters go up because impact to overall market is small.

Well look on the other side, people were complaining left and right that penny stocks and junk moved and bluechips and fundamental did not. So I guess this sorts out some fear.

But yes when the big boys move the index moves with them.

We should be happy that presently the MKT is driven by all kinds of stocks...earlier I was more cautious & worried over the manner MKT was driven by only Penny/Junks but since yesterday as I predicted in one of threads if the MKT to sustain these levels the Fundamentals should contribute...now its happening & hopeful of further recovery until the big guys starts the old game.... Very Happy

Fundamentals going up is a big relief.
But I suspect that people who pushed the junk shares up are now offloading and switching back to fundamentals.
This was clearly visible in the past. Fundamentals will continue to rise & junks will nose dive during next couple of days.
By the way, I'm not blaming to any body because I see that as a very good strategy.
There are some blue chips which follows a step function.
I thinks those are the shares we should concentrate at this stage.
