Im a new comer to this forum and my portfolio is as follows

PCH 1500 @ 25
SHL 1000 @ 20
RHL 500 @ 79
TJL 500 @ 15
GREG 500 @ 17.10
REEF 200 @ 34
WAPO 200 @ 120
EAST 500 @ 21.40
FLCH 3000 @ 4.20
LGL X 500 @ 30
EXPO 500 @ 7.80
CDB N 200 @ 76

Im wondering what to do with this bull market.I know that most of the shares in my portfolio are averaged at higher prices.Because most of the shares i bought when the ASI was just above 7000.This is my first post in this forum.So please experts help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

"Never sell at a loss" is a lousy statement.
Some times it is better to realize the loss and have a fresh start.
Remember Wall street crashed in 1929. Share prices did not reached the same level till 1952.
What if investors at that time followed the above statement?
Will leave somebody with much knowledge & time to advise you with each counter.

One major problem in investment in share market is that it needs your frequent attention and updation to current trends. Looks like you have never done it for quite some time!

I hope you can hold on to some stocks like EAST, LGL, GREG etc. as at the current trend you can recover the investment once you break even. LGL you can hold more as it has value. GREG is still speculative, you can hold if you can take risk.

Many other shares, either you can sell off ( at a considerable loss, of course) and reinvest in fast growing stocks (follow the threads here), or if you can raise money, average them and sell them at break even or at a profit.

Agree with Dileepa... Now the market is moving you better watch to reclaim a portion at least in some of the lost investments..

I am one of guys who sell everything except VONE and SAMP

Shares I sold are
GREGW6 at 5 that bought at 13
CIFL at 4 that I bought at 10
MBSL at 25 that I bought 42
SEYBX at 26 that I bought at 36
SMLL at 26 that I bought at 31
ODEL at 23.5 that I bought at 32

from some of those money, I averaged
VONE from 27 to 19

and bought
CFLB at 27
CTBL at 5
BFL at 132

Now my portfolio is green (10% profit from total investment)
and only have BFL (abt 50%)
VONE (abt 30%)
TWOD (10%) bought at 18
TKYO.X (10%) bought at 20

before buying TKYO.X and TWOD recently

I did quick trading from
REFFW19 from 6 to 7.20
ECL from 4.9 to 5.5
LGL.X from 18 to 22.5

Than you very much all. I will follow all the advice which you have given.What Anu has said is ver true since i have not been paid frequent attention on this.Because Im an employed person not ralating to share trading.So it is extreamly difficult to have a frequent attention. Anyway thanx all again.....
