1. Aim of CSE is to make the market fundamentally strong and eliminate fake price ups and downs.
a. They do credit clearing and introduce lot of new IPOs to achieve this target and I think it is successful
b. They are going to introduce Gold trading in future
2. Considering all I think we all need to be bit carful in investing. Don’t think about the previous share prices and get decisions now.
3. I think the market will be fundamentally driven in future so please buy.. think this first
a. Why you buy that share?
b. Why you buy the share in this price
4. If you get the answers as “previously it was like this” then please think twice…..

I don't think CSE will change in the near future. reason is CSE is ultra small anybody with a fair amount of money can spin it the way he wants.

Agreed..it is neither technicals nor fundamentals work in CSE. The best strategy for any stock market including CSE is "BLASH" (BLASH=Buy Low and Sell High)

To be a successful investor, one need to do only two things:
(1) the conscious decision to buy low and sell high ... and
(2) the desire to monitor your stocks on a daily basis

Unfortunately, most investors follow a different rule: buy high and hope to sell higher! (BHAHTSH) ...

PS: The credit for this 'BLASH' word should go to the person (unfortunately I can not remember his name) who used this word sometime back in investnow-lk..I guess in late 2009 or early 2010...

I came across this good article on how Warren Buffett identifies low-priced stocks... Apparently, he asks himself some simple questions when he evaluates the stock's level of excellence relative to its price... Keep in mind that these are just a brief summary of what Buffett looks for:
1. Has the company consistently performed well?
2. Has the company avoided excess debt?
3. Are profit margins high? Are they increasing?
4. How long has the company been public?
5. Do the company's products rely on a commodity?
6. Is the stock selling at a 25% discount to its real value?
