Econ, I know that TAFL Eps might be more than GRAN right now, but when you look at the financial position of GRAN and consider the accumulated outstanding debt of TAFL )( which is now reducing) , I feel GRAN should still trade at higher premium ( PE) than TAFL . GRAN (NAV is 37) is also higher than TAFL (is 17) .Even in the last bigs runs we noticed that though TAFL started ahead, GRAN surpassed it in the longer run in price. I am not saying parent has to always be head of the child but am talking about the company background and financial situation of the two. Recenetly we saw a accounting adjust to GRAN but I donot see it as a major issue in the longer term.

Depending on market outlook what I say might be be wrong and and you maye be right. Let see.

According to my analysis charts, one thing I can tell here now.
BFL & TAFL are not undervalued shares. Both are MASSIVELY & MASSIVELY UNDERVALUED.
Why,
BFL last quarter EPS is more than 10. means annualize EPS @ current level IS MORE THAN 40.
with the food sector PER of 15, BFL clearly worth Rs.600 level .
TAFL last quarter EPS is more than 5. means annualize EPS @ current level IS MORE THAN 20.
with the food sector PER of 15, TAFL clearly worth Rs.300 level .

BFL last year shined in CSE. TO me TAFL will be a shine star for 2011.
Most possible BFL to announce MORE THAN EPS 12 & TAFL to give more than EPS 7 for the quarter end 31.03.2011 , because of currnt demand for chicken.
I EXPECT MASSIVE & MEGA RUN FOR BOTH BFL & TAFL WITH IN VERY SHORT PERIOD.

GRAN's free float is high its around 44.5%.. TAFL is still around 27.8%. So would be better to consider the previous higher levels could be reached for both on a shorter period..
BFL has over 50% public interest it seems may be around 520 can be expected on a short run..

For that I expect an EPS (annually) more than 20 considering the latest qrt in queue..
