REXP price might be come down I feel they expect a better div. However NAMU & KGAL satisfied the shareholders with a better return. What is the expecting price for NAMU & KGAL? Any guesses?

We saw KGAL trading below the long time resistance @ 110/-. This might be an opportunity to take strategic decisions for portfolio holders.

will rich give a good dividend since most supermarket chains are having thin margins because of VAT issue. May be they are pumping funds from their subs

After looking at RIch group annual reports ( where they did not mention about dividend) I thought they will not declared a dividend due to forthcoming issues.

But this is a surprise. Guess RICH wanted money from Subs as groups supermarket washit shortterm. Remember they did collect KGAL and NAMU sometime ago maybe this was the reason.

Anyway too bad I sold my KGAL many monthsago . But it is too risky for me jumping in to buy due to dividend as price has adjusted. If fall below Rs 110maybe I wil think about it.

Waiting to see the June reports of many tea based companies to make my move on plantations.

Don't you guys smell something from RICH
They prepare for some big project - I don't know the details
But, don't think NAMU & KGAL as one time dividends- this is less than their annual profits, if they wish they can maintain this dividends in the future as well.

Me too, waiting for June , Sept results. All concern is about wage issue.
I am not sure , sometimes unexpected may happen.

Today Hon. Minister Mr. Arumugam Thondaman has said ,

I think there is truth in his comment.

If you refer UDPL 10 year summery from 2003 to 2012,

revenue has doubled while number of Employees was declining like this: (2003 to 2012)
9523,8491,8318,8030,5098,4847,4569,4405,4290,4070.

Turnover per employee has increased 2003 - 72.50 to 2012-322.67
Output(productivity) not given.

Is this the answer to the wage devil ?

This is a great dividend. I love it. I always believe that VONE should trade above Rs 20 levels.

@chamith - They should distribute majority of dividend income they receive from associate companies as well as subsidiary companies. This time they receive a massive dividend from LFIN. They gave Rs 6.00 /share. Just check their holding in LFIN.

Anyway VONE is for every body's future.

Stocks Hunter,
LFIN is a subsidiary of VONE. Therefore even if LFIN didnt declare any dividend its profit adds upto VONE's group profit. Therefore high dividend of LFIN has no impact on VONE's earnings.
I have a significant holding of VONE than other shares in my pf, but i like to see VONE aggressively investing like before rather than distributing money at the growth stage
