SING (SINGALANKA STANDARD CHEMICALS ) one of the big investment company in the colombo stock exchange
they are holding CSD 1.1 Million shares and some more....

if any one know please list what ever SING holding...

"Singalanka Standard Chemicals PLC is a public limited liability company incorporated and domiciled in SriLanka. The Factory Premises of the Company is situated at Ranala and production of chemicals had been stopped in1996 due to injunction proceedings"

Income so far was from renting warehouse.

With the right issue money, they are trying now to purchase shares of selected companies ( investment trust) and bought Standard Chemical Industries PLC which appears to bring revenue.

March 2012 year ended with (negative) 1.6 per share loss.

SING 6 month EPS 1.81
NAV 54

Highly speculative and illquid share.

Future depends on how they manage the company from now. It too early to tell as they are trying to get back in track from this year.

Just like how you found CSD investment at Rs 10 Mil market value , please do research and post more details about this company if you want to share.

Else the way it is presented it hints a promotion.

Last Interim Financial Statements as at 30-09-2012 Best Real Investment ltd collecting SING they allready collected 18500 shares and Mr. K. C. Vignarajah also collecting.

SING last 3 month report EPS 1.99 NAVPS 54.00 they chenge the business this company one of the trading company in the colombo stock exchange.
i think bright future.

This is one of the best manipulated share last year. Which went from 150 to 1500 and one of the director sold the entire holding at 1500+ level.

I think this time even he is collecting slowly. He knows the path to easy money.If you really wants taking a risk is not bad....................
