Now trading at Rs.3/=. Do you think it's a good price to enter?

Rishan having huge margin loans to settle. This may be the true reason for rights issue and they just put it as working capital requirement.

It's a shame for the directors begging for money to settle their personal loans.

Anyway, I think at 3/=, it's good for trading.

Problem with low price is gain/loss becomes massive. So volume per trade drops as a risk in a large position goes up.

With people who have small volumes, they don't care and sell at any price. Big volume guys care about the price. So the price becomes more volatile and has to be supported.

I dont think this is a good time to enter. there will be short term opportunities for sure. But this can go to 2 or even 1.50 with this black mark and i dont think Rishan will have the required money to participate for the right ? They may have other plans in mind since he has The apparel company also. Better watch the drama and learn from it.

2.50 may be a good pick for today. but i think it will touch 2 with in next 2 weeks.

Rishan has lost nearly in a single day (about Rs 125 million ) what he needs to subscribe for the right issue

All of the right issue money ( if this gets subscribed) will not be collected from holders. Over 50% has to come from Rishan own money.

How can he buy now with his margin calls worser?

Btw the drop was expected and mentioned in another thread but dropping to Rs 3 and now below in a single fay shows how much the retailers are worried bout PCH.

Whats next CIFL right issue?

All of you are fooling yourself, Rishan already made huge profit on IPO and after the price went up he sold his stakes and re-bought when it came down.
So crying for Rishan's loss meaning less.
I need to appreciate handful of guys warning about this share from the start.
What they said, materialised today. Well said.
CSE need pigs a lot.

Other than Rishan, there are two people who lost their business or reputation because of PCH.
1. MW’s reputation.
2. Rehan. He lost his business due to PCH campaign.

Mr MW made his money from PCH. Some people say he is a great analyzer, Maybe.
But he also seems to be a greater promoter who know how to push the shares he bought at the right time? RS 100 targets for PCH in a few years was mentioned at times ;-)
