due to its illiquid nature CHOU can give better gain. There is no considerable selling qty bellow 16.

Although CHOU has impressive year ended 31st March 2013 results their quarter ended 31-3-2013 results are poor due to decrease in revenue.

Why do they need rights?

OSEA cant transfer profits to books when the payments of projects are not at least 25% completed. They also sell apartments on installment basis. That's what I heard on accounting terms. So this run may be due to re-valuation attempts which can be shown to the investors as their profits.

In their first quarter of 2013, with Group profit of Rs 504 million (33% growth over the previous year's Q1), they managed to score high.
