When Colombo get proposed high investment some existing entities may attract investor attention again .

ETWO , CSD, CITK , CLND , PHAR...

We saw some activity in ETWO and CSD last few days .

ETWO , CSD, CLND - These I think for construction, land and apartment demand. CLND is too expanding with the opening of adjacent building to LP

CITK - Due to start hotel with lot of hope for REEF group

PHAR - Chinwi what's special about this?

Small, just a thought. No offence.

Don't you think you should have waited for Chinwi's response as it is his list. Then your good input would have added salt and pepper to his justification which will be better.

I know as it is Chinwi, he will reply with his good input in anycase. But if this was another person like Hxxx , he would have easily said "What smallville said is what I thoughr exactly" ;-)

Just pointing another side .

I think small has done the correct thing. After all, we are a small community helping and learning from each other. I too have contributed that way, even if the quarry was for some one else, in certain instances. Thank you small for your contribution.

Had I known more details of those companies I too could have done the same thing but my knowledge on those companies is limited. That is why I requested justifications from the author as I knew chinvi would have had very good reasons for his list. Probably, he had no time to elaborate at that time. I hope chinvi would take it in good spirit though some tried to interpret it otherwise.

I had CSD and sold. no sooner I did it has moved up by one rupee Smile

. When mega projects like this are announced I really think major benefits will be reaped only in a few years not days or weeks, but in the cse things work a bit differently, however property sector is a worthwhile sector to watch considering the years of devaluation pre war . All the best .

Can't you remember when they announced Shangri-La, Krrish , Colombo City Center (near navaloka) etc. the above list got activated ?

As Aubrey Perera said, Real value should come nearing completion.

I think PHAR is now a land/bldg in Colombo.

@ hapu,

The locations and asset / debt situations of those companies are at good positions. I think we talked much when they appreciated last time; hence thought all know basics of those entities.

ETWO has almost finished modernizing their new wing.

I am holding what I bough months ago. Now trading above cost. (I do not have CLND and PHAR)
