possible economic sanctions? if so it may affect whole market as foreign participation may be drastically reduced.

At that meeting they will not impose any sanctions. They will appoint international committee to investigate HR issues at the worst case. Sanction will follow after the report of the committee. Many things can be happened before that. If MR's star is bright we may be able to defeat the motion nothing will happen.
Conclusion is that there will not be any immediate effect.
Mr.D.G.D can you kindly explains the proceeding for us.

I don't think any kind of sanctions.
It needs to be passed through security council. We have two Veto powers behind it.
So, no immediate threat. Any way MR will look into it definitely.
He personally visited Egypt and Israel to woo his side. He well aware that those guy can really influence the US.
He personally bagged the Emirates as well. It seems MR is doing his ground work well. His political maturity may work.

So, as investors we can think things will go ahead as usual.
