This is an IMPORTANT Message

When creating a new post, please ensure the "Topics" are meaningful. Also please ensure correct spellings and grammar is used. For those who are not fluent in English there is a separate "Sinhala Forum" in the Home Page, feel free to use that. It is very embarrassing and ugly to see a meaningless, misspelled and grammatically wrong Post appearing as a Top listing in a google search under the "Sri Lanka Equity Forum" Name.

Please refrain from posting "Help" questions in this section. There is a separate Help section for those who need help. Also please restrain from creating Two Line Chat Type of Questions in this section. Instead please use the Chat Box.

Please Help the Moderators to keep this forum clean and nice.

In the quick reply text box ( where we type ) , the 'Spell Check' facility is not available. I think this is causing spelling errors to be built-up.

In order to prevent this happening now , I first type the contents in my word processing sofware (ie: Ms-Word) separately and then copy and paste the contents in the quick reply box after a spell check.

You just now made an error Milanka. It is 'text box' and not 'test box'. Sorry, no offence.

Dear beginners, I hope admin said so may not to discourage for English writing. 1st you type your post in MS WARD and use auto spelling and grammar checker. Afterwards copy and paste that in to the web box.

I have been working in one of the Top 10 European Company as senior Executive at out side of Sri Lanka (since 1985), If modern day foreigners be concerned about English so enthusiastic I will not be here today, English is no longer belong to any of the ritzy, when I was enter University (Katubedda ) handful of student ware flu rant in English excluding me. I told all that not to discourage any one due to poor English.

Agreed my Friend. No one is discouraged and am sure Quibi did not mean that way. Just please double check before you post. Your suggestion of using other software ( MS word) as a checker is a good alternative option .

which can be useful if needed.
