Former Harry Jayawardena (Harry J) controlled now reversed back government controlled Sri Lanka Insurance (SLIC) today partly sold its stake in Harry J owned Aitken Spence Hotel Holdings (AHUN) in 5 crossings.

First Aitken Spence Hotel Holdings (AHUN) 1.65 million shares crossed at Rs.80.50 per share in 4 crossings and another AHUN 1,034,667 shares crossed at Rs.81.50 in one block.

As at 31st March 2014 Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation Ltd. - Life Fund had 7,268,727 voting shares of AHUN which was a 2.16% stake of the company.

Buyer is not yet disclosed.

I want members of this forum to find out the buyer...in some deals the seller then this forum has some interesting part for other investors.

Otherwise if i tell everything it will not be interesting.

By the way I just arrived at the forum...Was looking at this forum since long though I knew the market and is in the market for more than ten years.So now only I am sharing some info for the benefit of Sri Lankan stock market investors.
