Ayyo are accusing the fib on achchi man of allowing plagiarism? Aney just how many accusation can one man take? He is in the middle of organizing get togethers also, we are expecting him to bring down Abu Dhabi girls and you people are throwing accusations. At this rate the fib on achchi will get broken.

In the past we moderators got the guts to deal with the promoters and those who were not providing source. Seems to be now all the switch is with one person (you know with whom) and co-admin, moderator are with limited power.

This was the easy way out for the moderators and you dont need guts or glory to address the issue.Instead of identifying real cause and how to deal with. selected few were able to form a group and bully and harass without rectifying the issue in a professional way.
What we are trying to do now is to educate and be pro active and help newcomers to teach the risk involved so that they can manage the loss if they want to go with highly speculative shares or they want to trade good shares.

Its all about making money and using different strategy to earn while contoll risk.

We need you in technical analysis and not getting into this mud pool. The people who caused all the issues are hiding now and you are trying to conduct inquiries.

Please Sash, I told you I am not supportive nor defending any one.I am wrongfully accused of being very independent in this issue. How the power of the fib on achchi? He has taken GMNet's vision and taken it to a whole new level and created a fully pro positive forum.
If GMNet is not already paying the fib on achchi man he defa should ask her for a monthly salary since he's doing a tin kiri job as the forum admin.

Now who said GMnet will apologize.   I dont give verdict before finding out what was the intention behind the Post contents and whether GMnet has breached forum guidelines and deserve any warning.I look at the bigger picture for the benefit of forum existence by stating information of sensitive and not out in public eye.

I see a single post of this large thread was taken out of context , copied and twisted wrongfully elsewhere.
Not sure why the motive to do so or the right? I made this post to members of the (LI) forum. Period.


Any member who is still not clear :

We constantly get questions, PMs asking about Shares and info. We answer to educate people to the best we know. When I personally find interesting info on shares as in the below case I post to make the public aware
Several others here do the same .

Just as we give to community, at times it is nice for us ( those who contribute/give) to receive the same courtesy
when you find interesting info about shares commonly available to all but not discussed .


Lets await ASI 7000 hopefully sooner than later. "



I wish it had appeared much earlier than we would have wanted to.
Nevertheless although it appears to give misleading leads to a reasonable individual looking at it.
We respect the explanation given by him and regret any pain in mind the subsequent posts appeared in our SLEF.
I will post an additional guideline in this regard to amend posting so that such occurrences will never repeat.
On the other hand we reiterate to maintain self restraint and respect of the Admins Co admins and Mods without publishing wild accusations that make no difference to others.
I am very grateful we as Admins were able to exercise great restraint and no banning on members were  activated.
This is a great achievement where we could have taken the easy way to Ban and close the chapter.
We however allowed the Thread to reopen 3 (1 time Sstar 2 Me & 3rd Time Hapu) times due to immense from requests to sort out this issue.
Due not consider this as a weakness on our part but to allow freedom to defend by the other party.
Through out this issue i & sstar have been maintaining great stature not to mix our personal emotions get the better of us.
We have been  very careful in dealing the issue and allowed ample time to respond for the clarification.
We will internally take certain steps to avoid any further escalation in this nature and although we can not guarantee this would put an eternal end to various misunderstanding individuals have on each other but a constructive redress method where we can effectively deal with such issues.
The thread will remain closed as of now.....

I greatly apologize on SLS and GMnet if these had gone beyond limits for them-self. And thank for exercising restraint at this juncture.

One last request from all affected parties please do not continue posting any new comments so as to respect both individuals.
